First Course (starter)
Toasted Goat Cheese
Goat Cheese battered and flash fried, served with crispy wonton chips and a pinch of tomato bruschetta.
Miso soup and ginger salad
Traditional miso soup, Hon-Dashi style: tofu, scallions and shittake mushrooms. Ginger salad is mixed greens with a toasted sesame dressing.
Crab and avocado salad
Osaki crab tossed in our toasted sesame dressing, served with fresh avocado slices and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Chicken and cabbage minced and placed inside of a wonton shell, flash fried and served with a delicious soy based dipping sauce.
Second Course: (main entree): Choose any ONE entree below from either grill or sushi
Kobe Burger with house chips
1/2 lb Kobe ground beef on a brioche bun with lettuce and tomato. Served with house cut potato chips dusted with togarashi spice. May add gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella or boursin cheese.
Hibachi Stir Fried Rice with Chicken, Beef Filet or Shrimp (or all 3)
One of our best sellers. Stir-fried rice with egg, zucchini, squash, green onions and your choice of protein. Tossed in our sweet eel sauce (similar to teriyaki glaze).
Poke Tuna with Wonton Chips
Fresh diced tuna tossed in our own sesame poke sauce, served on a bed of seaweed with crispy wonton chips. May add avocado and our hellfire mix (cherry peppers/jalapenos).
Crab, cucumber, avocado on the inside, with fresh salmon slices on the outside, lightly seared at the sushi bar and topped with a teriyaki glaze and goat cheese crumbles.
Lumb crab, spicy tuna, green onions, cucumber, sriracha and jalapeno with alternating avocado/salmon slices on top, with wasabi aioli and eel sauce.
Third Course: (dessert):
Reeces Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pie
White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Cookie
Baked, then pan seared and served with brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream on top.
