Seared Tuna Chips Appetizer
Fresh alternating slices of both Ahi Tuna and Escolar (butterfish) lightly seared and placed on a crispy wonton with a slice of avocado.
Made fresh daily. Wontons filled with a blend of lobster, boursin cheese and green onion. Served with Thai chili sauce and wasabi aioli.
Crab and avocado salad
Osaki crab tossed in our toasted sesame dressing, served with fresh avocado slices and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Chicken, water chestnuts, cabbage and carrot blend in a crispy wrap, flash fried or steamed and served with an Asian inspired dipping sauce.
Calamari rolled in seasoned flour, flash fried and served with a sweet Asian sauce.
Beer battered shrimp, fried and served with a Captain Morgan spiced curry sauce.
Tender chicken sauteed with mixed vegetables and sesame seeds. Served with lettuce leaves and dipping sauce.

Fresh cut tuna, rolled in rice with japanese mayo and green onion.

Kobe Burger with house chips
1/2 lb Kobe ground beef on a brioche bun with lettuce and tomato. Served with house cut potato chips dusted with togarashi spice. May add gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella or boursin cheese.
Hibachi Stir Fried Rice with Chicken, Beef Filet or Shrimp (or all 3)
One of our best sellers. Stir-fried rice with egg, zucchini, squash, green onions and your choice of protein. Tossed in our sweet eel sauce (similar to teriyaki glaze).
Avocado filled with spicy tuna and spicy crab mix, tempura battered and flash fried. Sliced and served with Japanese mayo and eel sauce.
Fried shrimp, crab, cucumber, cream cheese and spicy mayo on the inside; flame seared tenderloin on top with ponzu, sriracha and green onion.
Lumb crab, spicy tuna, green onions, cucumber, sriracha and jalapeno with alternating avocado/salmon slices on top, with wasabi aioli and eel sauce.
One of our most underrated dishes: Sushi grade salmon, topped with sun dried tomato tapenade, cooked medium rare and served on a bed of olive pesto pasta. Drizzled with balsamic glaze.
