LOUISIANA SEAFOOD GUMBO

A rich, stew-like soup seasoned for maximal flavor with onions, celery, garlic, bell pepper, okra, shrimp, crabmeat & andouille sausage.

Entree served with potatoes au gratin (one per two entrees).

FILET & SHRIMP

A tender 6 oz. filet topped with large shrimp.

SALMON FILLET

broiled and served with lemon, butter and parsley.

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

oven-roasted double chicken breast stuffed with garlic-herb cheese and served with lemon butter.
