-Al Pastor: spit roasted adobo pork, guac taquero, salsa roja, pineapple, onion & cilantro
-Brisket: suadero style brisket, guac taquero, salsa roja, onion & cilantro
-Hongo: braised mushrooms, pasilla Oaxaca, sunflower seeds, queso fresco, watercress

Enchilada de Calabaza
