Mixed lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, red onions, olives, tomatoes, and croutons topped with Genoa salami, pepperoni and provolone

Chopped romaine, croutons, anchovies, Parmesan and house-made Caesar

3rd Course - pick one Entree

Capris Lasagna

Layers of flat pasta with ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian sausage and meat sauce

Red Snapper Francese

Egg Battered, sauteed Red Snapper finished with lemon-butter white wine sauce served with fettuccine alfredo.

Eggplant OR Chicken Parmesan

Your choice of lightly breaded chicken cutlet or eggplant baked and smothered in marinara and blended cheese. Served with a side of spaghetti marinara

4th Course pick one dessert

Tiramisu

Our traditional Italian dessert made, in house, with sweetened mascarpone, ladyfingers, a hint of espresso, and dusted with chocolate powder.
