Cream based with slow roasted prime rib, sautéed onion.

Hickory Grilled Chicken Salad

Crisp iceberg & romaine, shredded cabbage & carrots, with tortilla strips, shaved grilled chicken, and tomato tossed in honey-lime vinaigrette. Drizzled with spicy peanut sauce.

Tio’s Nachos

Wonton chips piled high with jack & cheddar cheeses, house pulled pork, BBQ sauce, jalapeno slaw, tomato, chives & banana peppers.

Entrees

Pulled Pork Platter

Half pound of our slow roasted pulled pork, served over tamale pie, with our signature BBQ sauce.

Denver Lamb Ribs

Tender lamb ribs, slow-cooked then grilled and basted with our honey soy glaze.
Served with Black Beans & Brown Rice.

Birria Tacos

Tender, chile-braised beef short rib, slow cooked with guajillo chiles, ancho, Mexican herbs & spices, vinegar, onion & cilantro. Fried in a crispy corn tortilla with queso Chihuahua, and served with consommé broth and lime.
