Beer Broth Mussels

Prince Edward Island mussels sautéed in beer broth with garlic, onion, tomatoes & banana peppers. Garnished with chives and served with toasted bread.

Loaded Sidewinders

Corkscrew potatoes wedges loaded with Monterey Jack & Wisconsin Cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon & fresh chives. Served with buttermilk garlic for dipping or drenching.

BLT Wedge

Iceberg wedge, blue cheese, fried green tomatoes, crumbled Applewood smoked bacon.


Baby Back Ribs

1/2 rack grilled and basted with our house BBQ. Served with jalapeño creamed corn.

Ahi Tuna Tacos

Thinly sliced sashimi tuna encrusted with black pepper, sesame and coriander. Served in flour or corn tortilla with greens, mango, and avocado, drizzled with our Honey Lime Vinaigrette. Served with black beans and brown rice.

Wagyu Cowboy Sushi
